When you’ve found the right home, we work with you to determine your initial offer, also known as the Purchase Sale and Agreement. Through market research, a fair value will be assigned to the home.

Home Inspection & Financing
Once your offer is accepted, we will help you find a home inspector to identify any issues prior to purchase. If anything is found, the seller may arrange repairs or decide to negotiate a reduction in price accordingly.

Legal Fees & Closing
The final step towards owning your home includes scheduling an appointment with your lawyer just prior to closing. Your lawyer will assist you with the legal paperwork required and will process your downpayment.

If you are thinking of selling, the first step is to determine the value of your home. We will start with a free Competitive Market Analysis to determine the appropriate selling price in today’s market and will meet with you to discuss the process of selling and listing.

With a number of homes being listed daily, it is important to ensure that your home breaks through the clutter and gets noticed by potential buyers. With each listing, we plan an extensive marketing and sales strategy, including signage, customized brochures.

Home Staging
Home staging is an important component pertaining to home sales. The key is to enable potential buyers to picture themselves living in your home. It is vital that your home is tidied, cleaned, and de-cluttered, and that any minor repairs are made prior to listing.

Offer & Closing
Once an offer is made on your home, Rob and Chris will work with you through negotiations and in determining a price and the terms that meet your requirements. If the offer is accepted, Rob and Chris will help you solve any issues that may arise from the home inspection.
